Okinawa's specialty "purple yam" tempura tastes like a dessert! It contains honey and cream cheese, giving it a sweet and rich flavor, and is a very popular menu item among children and female customers. The light texture of the freshly fried batter and the mellow texture of the purple yam create an exquisite balance, making this a specialty dish you will never forget once you have tried it!

This is our recommended pizza, made with plenty of "Andansù", a dish made by cutting and frying fatty pork belly, then combining it with fragrant miso, sugar, awamori, and other ingredients!
